When to replace what
- Sediment and carbon stages — about once a year
- RO membrane — two to three years, sooner on borehole water
- UV lamp — yearly if your system has one
- Mineral stages — two to three years

Repairs we handle
- Low flow, noisy pump, or tank that will not fill
- Leaking housings and worn O-rings
- Taps that drip or have been knocked off the sink
- Systems that taste of chlorine again — usually overdue carbon
